Residence Gallery Beverly Hills, California 2004:

This residence is located in one of the many canyons above Beverly Hills, California. In 2004 Glen Hampton garden designs was contracted to revamp the existing front and rear gardens. Due to the fact that the residence is located on a heavily traveled canyon road, the clients were looking for a way to screen and secure the residence from the busy street.

Landscape Designer Glen Hampton achieved this by adding an entrance courtyard for privacy and to enhance the non-descript architectural elements of the existing residence. Classic fountains, columns, and Travertine paving were selected for the newly designed courtyard and rear terrace, to mirror the classic interiors of the residence.

A simplistic plant palette made up of greens, whites, and shades of purple, were selected. Garden lighting, outdoor heaters, and fans allow the rear terrace to be used year around.
