Oak Knoll Estate Pasadena, California 1987:
This English Style Estate located in the Oak Knoll area of Pasadena was built in the late 1920’s. Although small in size containing only three bedrooms the residence has the look and feel of many grander homes located in the Oak Knoll district.
The lot is modest in size and when the Clients contacted Glen Hampton garden designs the existing gardens mainly consisted of a couple of well maintained lawns and a few planting beds. The Clients and Designer worked together to make over the grounds, incorporating a pool-spa, outdoor cooking-dining area, gazebo with rose garden, and even a putting green for the Clients who loved to Golf.
