Additional Consultations...

   If You don't want to deal with interviewing and hiring a Landscape
   Contractor directly, Glen Hampton garden designs can handle this
   process for you.

   GHgd will interview up to three(3) Landscape Contractors (either
   recommend by us from those we have worked with in the past and/or
   those selected by you from friends/family recommendations). After the
   interviews have been completed and we have reviewed/compared all bid
   -proposal/contracts submitted, GHgd will prepare a summary of the
   final bid-proposals along with recommendations as to who we feel is the
   Landscape Contractor best suited for Your Garden Design Installation.

   After you have had a chance to review the final bid-proposal summary
   and discussed it with GHgd, we will set up a meeting with you and
   the Landscape Contractor selected to make sure You Have Match.
   Although price is a major consideration in selecting Your Landscape
   Contractor... It Is Even More Important that you feel comfortable
   and confident that you can work with them.

   The Landscape Contractor Selection Assistance process can
   take up to Four Weeks. The Fees for these Additional Consultation
   Services will be at the Current GHgd Hourly Design Services Rate and
   in most cases will be capped by a Fixed Fee (Not to exceed)
   Compensation Agreement.



• On-Site Consultations:

   PLEASE NOTE: Glen is always available (via email/phone) during Your
   Garden Designs Installation to answer You or Your Landscape
   Contractors questions relating to Your Gardens Design. There is
   No Fees Charged for this service.

   In most instances The Complete, Accurate, and Easy to Read set of
   Garden Installation Construction Documents can be used by Your
   Landscape Contractor to Install Your New Garden, without the necessity
   of Glen visiting Your Garden site...

   That said, Special Circumstances (Unforeseen site condition problems,
   changes made to the design on-site by the Client, etc...) may require
   that Glen visit the site during installation. In these situations Glen will
   make himself available for site visits with Forty-eight(48) hours notice
   from You or Your Landscape Contractor. Fees for this Additional
   Consultation Service will be billed at the Current GHgd Hourly Design
   Services Rate.

   In some cases You might feel more comfortable having Glen visit the site
   on a regular basis (i.e. Weekly Meetings with You and Your Landscape
   Contractor), during Your Garden Designs Installation. The frequency of
   site visits and number of visits (Usually determined by the scale of the
   garden installation), will be agreed to between GHgd and You prior to
   the start of Your Garden Designs Installation. The Fees for this
   Additional Consultation Service will be at the Current GHgd Hourly Design
   Services Rate and in most cases will be capped by a Fixed Fee (Not to
   exceed) Compensation Agreement.

   SOMETHING YOU SHOULD KNOW! Most Landscape Designers charge a
   percentage (As much as 20%) of the total construction costs for
   site-visits and observation of Your Landscape Contractor's performance.
   GHgd's Practice of charging You at the Current GHgd Hourly Design
   Services Rate Capped by an Agreed to Fixed Fee Amount
   Can Save You Money on Your Garden Design Installation.



• Landscape Maintenance Consultations:

   After you have spent a great deal of time and money on the design and
   installation of "The Garden Of Your Dreams" the next priority is to
   Protect Your Investment by Insuring That Your Garden is Properly
    Maintained for years to come.

   Glen Hampton garden designs, unlike most Landscape Design Firms,
   Will Not Abandon You once Your Gardens Design and Installation has
   been completed.

   At ANYTIME In The Future, You As A Previous Client Are Welcome
    To Contact GHgd With Questions, relating to the garden we have
   designed for You. There is No Fee Charged for time spent via email
   or phone answering your questions... Site Visits, if determined
   necessary, will be charged at the current GHgd hourly consultation
   services rate.

   Glen Hampton garden designs also provides Maintenance
    Management Consultation Services for Larger Gardens and Estates...

   GHgd Maintenance Management Consultation Services Include:

     • Working with Your existing Gardener(s) or assisting You in
        interviewing and hiring new Gardener(s)

     • Visiting Your Garden Site and doing a walk-through with Your
       Gardener(s)on a regularly scheduled basis (This can be once
       a month or quarterly, as agreed to by You and GHgd)

     • GHgd Will Point Out Any Maintenance Issues that need to be
        addressed (Water/Energy Conservation suggestions, pruning,
        fertilizing, pest control, annual color/bulb planting selections, etc.)
        to your Gardener(s). At the next walk-through GHgd will check to
        make sure Your Gardener(s) have completed these tasks

     • GHgd Will Keep You Posted on any areas of concern on a regular
        basis, and GHgd will be available at ANYTIME To Answer Your
          Questions relating to the Maintenance of Your Garden.


   PLEASE NOTE: Glen Personally Answers Your Inquiries and Visits
   Your Garden... For these reason Landscape Maintenance
    Consultations Services are Exclusively Limited To Previous
    Clients Only.

   FEES for Landscape Maintenance Consultations will be Billed At the
    Current GHgd Hourly Consultation Services Rate.
