Hancock Park Manor Los Angeles, California 2006:

This Mansion is located in the Historic Hancock Park Area just west of downtown Los Angeles. The English Style Residence was built in the late twenties or early thirties and its rear garden has sweeping views looking west out over the lush greens of the Wilshire Country Club.

Glen Hampton garden designs was contracted to revamp the existing gardens. Together Landscape Designer Glen Hampton and his Client achieved the desired effect by creating a series of outdoor living and dining spaces.

Several existing terraces were enclosed by using English Style trellis works inset with the Client’s Collection of antique windows. The outdoor living terrace was defined by constructing a cozy corner fireplace and garden window trellis arch to enhance the mansions classic architectural style. English trellis gates and fencing, stonework, new plantings and garden lighting were added to complete the desired vision.

This estate garden remodel was installed by DG Landworks Inc and Stuart Byles Carpentry.
